If you regularly order online, you're probably used to being overcharged by stores who charge a small fortune in postage charges. We know better than that at Livin' Loud.

For all customers in the U.K we offer FREE DELIVERY*!
Estimated delivery time 1-5 days.
(*order must weigh under 5kg to qualify otherwise it will need to be sent via Parcelforce due to weight restrictions)

Recorded Delivery:
If you would prefer to sign for your parcel, you can select 'Recorded Delivery' for just £0.75 more as you checkout. Estimated delivery time 1-3 days.
(Parcel must weigh under 5000 grams in total for standard First Class postage or Recorded Delivery).

Special Delivery:
However, if you need your items extra fast, and would prefer it to arrive guaranteed by 1pm next working day, we offer this service at a rate of just £4.00 extra, regardless of how many items you buy!
Must weigh under 2000 grams in total to be sent Special Delivery.
Please order by 3pm to ensure next day delivery.
Mon-Fri only, doesn't include Saturday delivery.

Parcelforce:
For multiple very heavy bulk purchases within the UK, we will send your parcel via Parcelforce 48, this is charged at £15.00 or £18.00 depending on total weight.
(Orders must be placed by 1pm to ensure 48 hour delivery via Parcelforce).

If you choose Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Parcelforce you will need to be in to sign for your parcel, if you are not in, no worries, a card will be left for you telling you where you can collect your new stuff from (usually the local post sorting office or depot). There will also be a phone number incase you prefer to re-arrange delivery.

If you fail to collect or re-arrange delivery of your parcel within a week, it'll be sent back to us. If you then require the parcel to be re-sent back to you, you will have to pay all postage charges.
Please note that it can take upto 28 days for the parcel to be returned back to us, and items will not be re-posted until they are delivered back to us, along with postage payment. So please remember to collect your item if this happens, otherwise it adds up to alot of wasted time, which neither of us wants!

International Customers:

We also offer very reasonable rates to non-UK customers!

Europe & Ireland:

Postage prices for Europe are also 'tiered' which means that the the price you pay is based on the weight of your parcel.

This means that if you buy one item, and decide you want another item to be posted in the same parcel, you will only be charged the extra weight, sometimes as little as 50p extra!

Prices for postage start at only £2.00 for delivery via Airmail.
Estimated delivery time is 3-21 days.

Royal Mail International Signed For:
If you would prefer to sign for your parcel, you can select 'International Signed For' for just a little more as you checkout. Please see the table below for prices.
You will need to sign for your parcel when it arrives.
Estimated delivery time is 3-14 days.
(Parcel must weigh under 2000 grams in total for standard First Class Airmail or International Signed For).

Parcelforce Europe:
For multiple very heavy bulk purchases over 2000 grams your items will be sent via Parcelforce Europe or similar service.
This service costs from £18 to £23 depending on the weight of your parcel.
You will need to sign for your parcel when it arrives. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 days.

USA/Canada and Rest of the world:

Postage prices for the USA/Canada and rest of the world are also 'tiered' which means that the the price you pay, is based on the weight of your parcel.

This means that if you buy one item, and decide you want another item to be posted in the same parcel, you will only be charged the extra weight, sometimes as little as £1 extra!

Prices for postage start as little as £2.00 for some items and upto £5.50 via Airmail.
Estimated delivery time is 7-21 days.

Royal Mail International Signed For:
If you would prefer to sign for your parcel, you can select 'International Signed For' for just a little more as you checkout. Please see the table below for prices.
You will need to sign for your parcel when it arrives.
Estimated delivery time is 5-14 days.
(Parcel must weigh under 2000 grams in total for standard First Class Airmail or International Signed For).

Fed Ex World/FedEx USA:
For multiple very heavy bulk purchases over 2000 grams, your items will be sent via Fed Ex World
(or similar service).
This service costs £30 for USA delivery, £40 for Rest of the World.
You will need to sign for your parcel when it arrives.

Estimated delivery time is 5-7 days.
